Gopher Wood
	Gopher Wood is a fearure length film being made on a meager budget (at this point) in fall 2008. The film is partly a wink to genre films of the 60's, 70's and 80's but also deals with the loss of loved ones, religious conflicts, and dark secrets that might be best left secret.

We are looking for new faces and bringing back many old faces from our previous films. We are hoping to find new experience Crew members that are excited to get involved in what we have going on here but we are also willing to work with newbies that are enthusiatic about make a film. We are planning to film this movie in October or November but we are starting to cast in June to give lots of time for rehearsal and weeding out flaky people from the cast and crew. Remember. This is being shot in Southern Ontario Canada so please only apply if you can get yourself to our area of the world. while we are shooting we will do our best to provide comfortable lodgings but at this point our budget is meager and we want the budget to be spent on what will be seen on the screen. Crew call

Here are the positions that are needing to be filled: Production Manager ~ This position requires someone who is organized and energetic. The Production Manager is required to know what is going on with the production at all times. It is a very big, very important job. Director of Photography ~ This is a position that I am not going to describe very much, if you can do it, you already know what it is. Camera Assistant ~ This position requires keeping track of the shots that have been taken, and whether they were good or not. This also requires helping the Director of Photography complete their job effectively. Gaffer ~ This job is the job of an electrician, there will be some outdoor scenes, and it would be great if we had someone who is competent, knowledgable and comfortable working with electricity. Production Designer/Art Director ~ This person is responsible for creating sets that are a complement to the script. Costume Designer ~ This position requires overseeing the costumes of the actors. Script Supervisor ~ This person will take notes about the scenes that were shot. Location Manager ~ This position requires ensuring that locations are suitable for shooting. Prop Master ~ This person makes sure that the correct props for the scenes being shot that day are available when needed. Make-up ~ This person(s) will need to be able to make sure make-up is applied to the actors to keep them looking natural under the lights. Special Effects ~ These people will make a mess. (Trust me, I've seen the script.)
