Paul Baker of the Kitchener Ontario region scored himself the role of Kevin Raimi in Breakfast Of Imbeciles and is appearing in a small, but I must stress, pivital role in Pretend it's Yesterday again. Paul helped out tremendously behind the scenes of Breakfast of Imbeciles so it's no surprise that his behind the camera presence has increased tremendously. Paul will also be the Director of Photography on Pretend It's Yesterday Again.

Brooke Ballagh

Brooke was brought on board at the last minute to play the role of Dee Dee Foster in Breakfast Of Imbeciles. Brooke was invaluable for his enthusiasm and knowledge. This young man is not scheduled to appear in any Dura Mater pictures in the near future as he now works as a white water rafting tour guide in Mexico.

Colin Burrowes

Colin has had to spend his share of time in front of the camera as well. He played the lead role, well, the only role in A Traditional Canadian Folkdance and the infamous role of Farmer Ted in Breakfast OF Imbeciles. Colin has just finished portraying Caulfield Tillingwurst in Beyond Lovesauce.

Heidi Burrowes
Heidi has also made an appearance or two on camera. The first is an uncredited shot of her frozen hands being thawed out as we hear her true to life agony at the tail end of A Traditional Canadian folkdance. That movie was shot in a frigid snow storm. Heidi next appearance is credited. She played the role of The Neighbour in Breakfast Of Imbeciles.

He was all set to make an appearance in Pretend It's Yesterday Again but those scenes ended up being cut from the script in pre-production. Corey Coates was a valiant member of the Breakfast Of Imbeciles cast. As the character Baio he fought the evil Ford Escort wagon and had his hand severed by one of his so-called friend. Unfortunately Corey will not be back for Pretend It's Yesterday Again as he and his girlfriend Amy are going to be in Costa Rica teaching english. They can be heard weekly on their five gallon podcast.

He is jumping into acting after trying out many other paths in life which have included Kick Boxing, A stint in the army, A fondness for sears catalogues, and studying that Java Script stuff for computers. He will be seen in the role of Ned, sidekick to evil, in Pretend It's Yesterday Again.

Betty Gudel is a wonderful actress from Toronto who had the opportunity to portray one of the most vile characters in Breakfast Of Imbeciles. Betty would have been involved in Pretend It's Yesterday Again but prior commitments and transportation issues got in the way. If you are casting in the Toronto area Betty gets a recommendation from Dura Mater Productions. Betty bears the Dura Mater stamp of approval.

Shawn Henderson was amongst the many locals who offered their talent in the cast of Breakfast Of Imbeciles. Shawn endured a lot of slop and stickiness and he even went so far as to drink scummy pond water for his love of art. Not that this fella hasn't indulged his body with things far worse in his time. Throughout it all he still has time to laugh.

Samantha was credited as Samantha Dark and played 2 roles in Breakfast Of Imbeciles. The fiesty ass kicker PJ Tarantino and the Doctor who gave PJ an abortion in the infamous abortion scene. Sam is the only actress I can think of who has aborted herself successfully on screen. Sam was going to return in a dual role capacity for Pretend It's Yesterday Again as well. She was going to play the role of Belinda and the lead role in the film within a film that will play in the middle of Pretend It's Yesterday Again, which is called Beyond Lovesauce. Unfortunately due to her hectic schedule she will only return for the role of Ulthar in Beyond Lovesauce and will not be in the main part of Pretend It's Yesterday Again. She is attending make-up school which will probably come in handy for future productions. She is also a door person at The Big Bop.

If you were lucky to have viewed this man's freak outs as Earl Ash in Breakfast Of Imbeciles the Dura Mater staff would like to warn you that those were but a warm up for the chaotic violence yet to come as James portrayed the creep to creep out all creeps, Cripple Creek, in Pretend It's Yesterday Again. Jeff first came on as a PA and actor. He really worked his ass off and soon enough declared himself Special Effects Co-ordinator. In Breakfast Of Imbeciles he played Dick. He will be back on the screen in the role of Stewart in Pretend It's Yesterday Again and do a hell of a lot behind the scenes. Very good with corn syrup and toilet paper, if you know what I mean.

Danielle joined the cast of Pretend It's Yesterday Again just before principal photography was set to start. For a newcomer she has an excellent resume built up with emphasis on stage experience. She did an excellent job of portraying Belinda. Perhaps you might recognize her as the student in the background in that episode of Degrassi:TNG where...,just kidding. Danielle was an asset to the cast.
